Meet Tinca – Growth Strategist and Organizational Expert
Tinca’s journey spans a rich blend of academic rigor and hands-on leadership. With a background in labour sociology, HR management, and innovative labour organisation, she first ventured into the world of headhunting, placing engineers and IT professionals in roles where they could thrive.
Her next step was joining the management team of a fast-growing tech company. As head of HR and marketing, Tinca played a pivotal role in steering the company through international expansion and an organic doubling in size over five years. It was here that she saw firsthand how crucial strong organisational foundations are — especially when things move quickly and complexity grows.
Since 2018, Tinca has dedicated her work to helping founders and business leaders navigate these exciting yet challenging growth phases. Her focus is on smart organisational design and creating high-performing, cohesive teams. She believes that sustainable growth isn’t just about scaling up but about putting the right people in the right roles and building a culture that supports them
